The short version. This website does not run analytics, does not use tracking cookies, and does not send your form entries to any server of ours. The enquiry form builds a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing is transmitted until you press send in WhatsApp.

What the website collects
By itself, nothing. There is no account, no login, no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no server-side database. We do not log your visit.
What you choose to send us
If you fill in the enquiry form, the details you type are assembled into a message in your browser and handed to WhatsApp. You see the full message before it is sent, and you choose whether to send it. Those details are:

We ask for nothing beyond this. We do not ask for your address, email, identity documents, bank details or payment information anywhere on this website.
Your message travels through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy, not by ours. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, call +91 99935 78279 instead and share only what you wish to.
Microphone and voice typing
The "what is going on" box has an optional microphone button. If you use it, your browser asks for permission and passes the audio to your browser's own speech recognition service (on most devices, Google's) to convert it to text. We never receive or store the audio. Type instead if you prefer.
Location
The location button is optional. If you tap it, your browser asks permission and gives the page your approximate coordinates, which are turned into a map link inside the message you are about to send. Nothing is stored on this website.
Storage on your device
We store one item in your browser's local storage: the language you picked (English, Hindi or Gujarati), so the site opens in that language next time. It is not a cookie, it never leaves your device, and it identifies nobody. See the Cookie Policy.
Fonts
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Making that request tells Google your IP address and browser, as any request to any website does. We have no other third-party content on the site.
How long we keep things
Enquiries you send us live in our WhatsApp account and, where relevant, in our consultation notes. You can ask us to delete them at any time by messaging or calling +91 99935 78279.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us for access to the personal data you have given us, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, withdraw your consent, and nominate someone to act for you. If you are in a jurisdiction with additional rights, such as the UK or the EU, we will honour equivalent requests. Contact +91 99935 78279. We do not charge for this.
Children
This site is not directed at children. Please do not send us a child's personal details without being their parent or guardian.
