What this website is
This website describes our consultation services and lets you send an enquiry. It is not a shop. No payment is taken through this website, and submitting the form does not create a booking or a contract. A consultation exists only once we have spoken with you and both agreed on it.
Nature of the service
We provide Vastu and astrology consultations. Our advice draws on traditional systems including Vastu Shastra, Vedic astrology, KP (Krishnamurti Paddhati), Bhrigu Nandi Nadi and numerology. These are matters of belief and tradition. They are not scientifically established, and you should treat what we offer as guidance you are free to accept, weigh or set aside.
What we do not do
- We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and nothing on this site should be read as claiming otherwise.
- We do not give investment, tax, legal or accounting advice.
- We do not promise wealth, health, marriage, employment, examination results, court outcomes or any other specific result.
- We do not offer remedies that require you to buy items from us.
Always consult a qualified doctor, lawyer, financial adviser or other professional for matters in their field. Never delay or stop professional treatment because of anything discussed in a consultation.
Structural work
Where a consultation suggests a change to a building, you remain responsible for obtaining professional structural, architectural and municipal approvals before carrying out any work. We are not architects, engineers or contractors, and we do not supervise construction.
Fees
Indicative consultation fees are shown in the enquiry form and depend on the type of property. The fee that applies to you is confirmed with you before the consultation begins. Taxes may apply in addition where required by law. See Refund and Cancellation.
Your responsibilities
Please give accurate information. Advice based on wrong birth details, a wrong direction or an inaccurate plan will itself be wrong. You confirm that any details you send us about another person are shared with their knowledge.
Intellectual property
The text, design, illustrations and photographs on this website belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them without asking.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of a consultation is limited to the fee you paid for that consultation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh have jurisdiction.
